Aries: Constantly challenge yourself to lose more, more, more.
Taurus: Physical hardship is your strength. Exercise and restrict a lot.
Gemini: Communicate your feelings, achievements and frustrations about ana to others, preferably online though!
Cancer: Spend your days cooking for others instead of yourself.
Leo: Be proud of every achievement you make, and know that more is in store.
Virgo: Remember that your past fat was an injustice against you.
Libra: You are adept at finding true balance between eating and restricting.
Scorpio: Hate, hate, hate, hate, hate food. And know you'll get more partners when thinner.
Sagittarius: Don't suppress hunger pangs; enjoy them!
Capricorn: "Thou shalt not" works perfectly for you.
Aquarius: Think outside of the box; innovate new diets and routines for optimal efficiency!
Pisces: Dream about your target weight and know that it is a possibility.
I found this on here. I'm an Aquarius, born in February. Is it accurate for you?
I'm too afraid to get on the scale right now. If it's the wrong number, if I don't like it, I'll be seriously upset, so it's probably best to avoid that. I burned 488 calories at tennis today, intake is 650 calories. Spring break ends today, school tomorrow, dreading it terribly.
Comment Replies: Thank you so much for your comments!
Ana's Addict- It's definitely sad how times have changed, I agree that it would be so much better if people would just leave us alone. I admire the Victorian fasting girls incredibly, their self-control was amazing. We're the modern fasting girls. :) Thank you very much for your comment!
unbeautiful- I wish I lived back then also. Thanks for your comment, have a lovely day!
SimplyHeather- You're right, things were definitely better in those times! I get a little nervous about clothing trends changing (what if they become completely awful?!), but I do hope that fasting girls become a miracle again. Thanks for your comment!
Shawww:] - I burned 732 on that day by playing tennis for over 2 hours, and a short walk. :) Thanks for your comment!
mags- I agree, I hate how we're treated as "diseased" and how people outside the ED community make assumptions and say the understand, when they don't at all. Thanks for commenting! :)
Cinnamon Brown- It seems so strange how appetite for food used to be linked to sexual appetite! Wow, there'd be a lot of people branded as whores if that mentality still applied in modern times. Yes Twiggy is absolutely amazing, thank goodness for that! Thanks for commenting! :)
-christy-- I hate that too, you're right about how it's always "Eat a cheeseburger!", when it's not socially acceptable for me to go to an overweight person and say, "Eat a salad, or don't eat at all!". Thanks for commenting! :)
Elle-usive Dream- I love the old english speech and beautiful dresses also, so elegant and classic. Thanks for commenting! :)
EWC- We probably belonged in that time period, this one seems so wrong. Thanks for commenting! :)
Guilia- I'm incredibly honored you read through everything, that made my day! Yup, I'll always be here to talk or if you just need someone to listen, just send an email! :) I also enjoy reading your blog, it's added to the Thousand Voices page. Thank you for your comment!
Incense- They would have looked so gorgeous! I love wearing dresses, I sometimes wish I could wear a dress everyday. Thanks for commenting!
GraceyJ- I found it for free on the internet, thanks for telling me there's a book called fasting girls! Thanks for commenting! :)
lulu- I agree, I think some people envy a thin person's self-control but won't admit it and instead tell them to eat a hamburger. Thank you for commenting! :)
Haley- It fascinates me. Thanks for your comment! :)
Thank you for reading! I love hearing your insight, so please comment! :)
