If the road to hell is paved with good intentions, what's the road to heaven paved with?

 

"It's a great day. Always a great day". At least that's what my math teacher says. Always a great day. But no. It's not. Only if you're beautiful and thin and perfect. Optimism is sometimes pretending that everything is fine. Optimism is sometimes deluding yourself, ignoring your problems. I wish I could. But I can't ignore my problems. I face them, and let them swallow me up. Facing them doesn't mean you win. 

If you're gorgeous and skinny, then maybe your problems will seem to diminish. At least you won't have to worry about your appearance. I can't wait until I become skinny. Then I'll be able to think, "At least I'm pretty," when life throws it all at me. Maybe I'll still be miserable. But at least I'll be beautiful and miserable.

I did decent today. Then I went to see Little Red Riding Hood at a movie theater, with two of my friends, Jen and Sue. Being with friends = eating food. Total damage = one and a half doughnuts and some cookie dough. I swear I'll do better tomorrow. Because becoming fat isn't an option. 

Happy April Fools Day! I don't particularly like this day actually. I had a friend once, whose boyfriend "dumped" her, as a prank, on April Fools Day. She didn't find it very funny. They broke up. Happy April Fools Day...

Crunches at night are getting easier and easier. Absolute minimum of 50. Preferably 150. The soreness feels so good the next day. 

How's everyone else doing today?? I'm sure you all have waaay more self-control than me! Stay strong! :)
